About Us

Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Ltd. was established in 1985. The Company is basically involved in the Manufacture of Pharmaceutical products both in oral liquid and tablets. There was a brief break in production and commercial activities between 1989 and 1992 as a result of the demise of the founder, Dr Victor Oloyede Awosika of blessed memory.

	Our Objectives:
	The main objective of the company is to create wealth through economic activities under the legislative Controls of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

	To mix compound chemicals for pharmaceutical products duly Registered by the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria.

	To make these products available at affordable prices to every household that may require it for health therapy.

	To be committed to the provision of health facilities for the creation of a healthy nation.

The Company is in association with the following organization whose Directors are also Director in Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited.

1. Chrisland Educational Organisation.
2. Holy Trinity Hospital Limited.
3. City Commercial & Industrial EnterprisesLimited, Ikeja.
4. Awosika College, Ondo, Ondo State.
5. Vicowin Trading Company Limited, Ikeja.

Although, each of the Company has different management with an Executive Director as Head of Management Team and Chief Operating Officer, while High Chief (Mrs) W.A. Awosika functions as the Chairman/Managing Director of the Group.

Manufacturing Facilities:
	The Company has an Installed Capacity of 2.688 million bottles of liquid syrup and 201.6 million tablets per annum respectively. This installed capacity has for sometime now become inadequate to cater for expected growth. It has strained working capital and created excessive overheads. Also the company runs a well equipped Quality Assurance Laboratory.
