in 1986 (B.SC(Hon)econ). She had her training in the firm of Peat Marwick & Co. (Chartered Accountants). She has had over 18years post-qualification experience. Her experience covers both Audit, Accounting and Management. She joined Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited, a pharmaceutical services company in 1991 as Finance/Administrative Manager before she rose to the position of Executive Director with the company. She is a Director of many companies.

She has successfully executed many Government contracts including that of the Petroleum Trust Fund.

Mr. Awosika holds LLB and BL Degree in Law from the Lagos State University (LASU). He is the Executive Director of City Commercial Industrial Enterprises Limited. A company specializing in project handling. He has successfully handled and completed several Turnkeys for Building Constructions and project Development for Institutions such as schools and hospitals.

A director of several companies including Bradfield Limited. Mr. Bankole Awosika has a great interest in Current Affairs and the physical well being of the body.

Mr. Victor Omotayo Awosika Jr. is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Accounting and International Business. He also has an Executive Masters of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in management from the University of Miami in Florida. He has over eight years experience as a senior financial analyst in the communication industry in the United States working with Verizon Communications. He is the owner and founder of Awogem Investments,
a consulting and international trading company. He is also on the board of Avowa Holdings, in charge of financial restructuring and special project implementation.
